I have joined the gym for weight loss. I am getting better result and loosing weight with the help of my trainer Ms. Akila. Also the gym is decently equipped with necessary equipments. This is my first experience in gym and my trainer's support is highly motivating me to move forward.

Wonderful teaching in this gym. nice songs are playing in that gym that is the secret energy for all successor. Master somu is the great person in that gym for him only I came to the gym. I highly recommend that gym for funnzzz😜😜😜

Best gym for women and the equipment is varied and good. The gym trainers are very friendly. The packages are affordable and great offers out there compared to other women's gyms.

I have joined this gym recently, almost 12 days went and my experience has been great so far. Trainers are doing a great job in training. I have started to see good results because of training given by the trainer. Kudos to the team!

Been here few months before. Really like the flexibility of hrs they had.Many thanks to my trainer Sharmila who motivated and encouraged me to push myself. The Zumba classes are were to die for. Added advantage is that you can play your fav songs and vibe to while working out.Only drawback is the steambath which I never really had a chance to Try as there was some problem with it at most times!!

Please beware of joining here!!Seeing all positive reviews here, i attended a trial class. But got to know, the workouts are predominantly group workouts. Trainers are in their own world, often on their phones. Group workouts are not efficient as each individual has their own pace and workouts should be guided by the trainers accordingly. But here they just do basic warmup, then cycling/treadmill and then so called group workouts like zumba which are utterly useless. If only group workouts are there, why keep trainers there who don't do much? This is misleading as everyone believes trainers give us personalized workouts which is definitely not the case here. Extremely disappointed as the reviews here and info i was given before joining here were contradicting and giving a false picture.To top this all, they won't refund my hard earned money when I have just attended one class due to their poor or rather zero assistance from trainers.Such an unprofessional place. Trainers are friendly, no doubt! But that doesn't suffice, they need to give workout for the individual as promised before joining.All my details are already shared with concerned persons at gym, id - 5176 but I've been denied a single call with owner to get back my refund. Now team is pretending to resolve by replying to this review that they will address the issue. If not for their poor services, they should refund the money as I've not availed their services for more than a day. If they refund, I'll update my review here which is highly unlikely. When checking with the team for refund, i was told about other cases where people couldn't continue their classes as they got critically ill. When they don't even refund in exceptional cases on humanitarian grounds, I hope it's clear what kind of place this is

Ms. Keziah is an excellent fitness trainer. I used to my routine workout everyday evening at the gym. She is very friendly and supporting and guiding me during workout and loved zumba sessions also.

I joined the colors gym in February. It is a very good place to workout . I joined to lose weight and I have seen a good difference in my weight, inches , and overall body stamina. I have gained good strength to workout at a stretch for 2 hours. The trainers sharmi and others are really good. They follow a week training session for each part of your body. They give good advice on your diet plan. I have extended my sessions here for another 3 months. We do a lot of group exercises which give us more motivation to do well I am personally very satisfied with the gym and trainers. I hope I achieve my Target weight soon and post a review again soon.
